2. as part of legal proceedings affecting augmigo and the Brand Owner,
3. to facilitate a direct relationship between the Brand Owner and you
4. to enable the Brand Owner to communicate electronically with you with respect to rewards related to such Brand Owner.

Business Transfers:

As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data and Non-Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.

Related Companies:
